Hello,
I have another problem.
The robot must be able to unstack 2 crate types with different dimensions from a pallet. The operator make a choice with a switch. DI9 = 0 is crate 1, DI9 = 1 is crate 2. Program 0001 checks whether DI9 is 0 or 1 and then jumps to the right program of crate 1 or 2. When pallet change, all variables are reset, but then it seems as if DI9 is no longer checked and he always takes crate 1. How is that possible?
This is written in program 0001:

It'a another errorcode, my errorcode is :
E02206 : Manipulator limit SW is disconnected ot not access.
The Limit SW is really activated in the field
I try to operate on the HAND-mode, but this error comes again

I've question again, I hope you can help me.
I move the robot by hand sometimes, for testing pickup new crate, but now I move to far the robot and the limit switch is activated.
When I try to move back, there is message, see attachment.
How can I recover this problem?

I just have change the job, overwrite it in controller and voila, the robot is working again,
with my adjustments.
So, I'm a happy man

I've copy the jobs now on my USB-stick and the robot is still working
2 questions again :
1. When I change one job in HRNotepad, should i only copy the changed job to the controller, or copy all the jobs ?
2. Do you have experience with program HPspace ? So I can simulated/test the changed program?

This is my first time on this forum, so I hope this is the just way to get information.
We are working with robot Hyundai HS220 for unstacking pallets with empty crates.
I want to change the height of the crate in the robot-program, but when I select the number (crate-height) in the program
by pushing 'ENTER', there is a error
(code E01202 - Robot language syntax error, see attachments with "red marks", number 139 is the height of the crate)
What can I do to chang this number without error ?
You want to know : I don't master the programming language, but I do understand what it says.
