Yes the part is rotating on a positioner, I am quite new to this so I am not sure about the structure of the program for end point detection.

Hi,
When Commarc sensing is used for SEAM tracking for any weld job, it is deviating from the actual path, I have tried changing the U/D and L/R value but every time it gets it wrong, what could be the problem and how to make it work in the right way?

Hi,
I am aware of the start point detection T fillet by touch sensing, provided by the macro jobs but how to do an end point detection, touch sensing? I have the macro job but how should I put it in the program? This is for Yaskawa AR2010. YRC1000 controller. Any help will be appreciated, Thanks.

Hi,
I am a new motosim user, I was using the CAM function to generate a weld path using the external axis (rotating table) of a skyhook positioner. After creating the path, when i check the path content they are all reachable when i click attain but when i click on create job tab an error occurs (Fail to insert instruction), any idea why this error occurs every time and how can it be fixed.
This error only comes when I use the external axis for welding.
thanks.

What version of MotoSim EG-VRC are you using? Your EG-VRC version might not be new enough to support Solidworks 2022.
I am using Motosim 2020

Hi, I am a new Motosim User,
I am unable to import any solidworks files into motosim except for step files (can't detect the edges for welding) , it says " files type not supported". I am using Solidworks 2022, is there a way to solve the issue?

Hi,
I am using motosim to setup my workcell with a yaskawa YRC1000 AR2010 robot and a skyhook positioner, what is the best way to insert those data to motosim, how do I add the positioner to the controller, I have the .hsf files for the positioners.
