Everything is working again as it is supposed to, the INIT start seems to have cleared whatever issue I was having originally.
Thanks for the help.

The INIT start has given me some new info.
I briefly had a SRVO-277 Panel E-stop (SVEMG abnormal) error, that seems to have sorted itself, and I've also gotten a SRVO-001 Operator panel E-stop error.
I wasn't getting those before, but I have no idea what settings and alarms had been bypassed over the years before I got here.
I'll be checking the E-stop circuits to see what's going on with them, is there anything specific I should check?
I work at a college and we have an LR Mate 200id 4S robot with an r30ib Teach pendant that we've used in our mechatronics program for many years. Recently it has started locking up when we try to run our programs usually when it is trying to move, everything freezes and the only way to get the thing to start responding is to cycle power unfortunately nothing is being logged in the error files to tell us what is causing this.
The robot can be jogged manually with no issues, but as soon as you try to run a program it will lock up, I have touched up all the points in the program just in case.
What I know for certain about this robot:
*The robot shows a hand broken error during start up but it is also been set to ignore that error in the config settings.
*We have swapped the TP and cable with the one from our other robot and seen no difference in either machine.
*There are no LED warning indicators on the pcb boards.
*The robot is not connected to an ethernet connection and as far as I know never has been.
In short we are out of ideas about what could be wrong and I'm hoping someone here can give us some clues about what else to look for.
Thanks.
