But you're correct the batteries were disconnected and ultimately would've saved a lot of hassle if they were connected.

Hi,
I had a similar issue. Robot was straight out of the box, powered up with a temporary supply then the power goes out. Tried to get an image of the robot before this happened but the power outage happened during. Couldn't jog the robot either.
In the end, resorted to getting someone down from KUKA. The image attached was the error message that popped up.
