I found a solution to the problem. The fault was the missing fuse F4 on the safety board. The fuse was lost when removing the board due to battery replacement, the controller has a very tight layout and removing the safety board is very difficult.

Hi dear all.
I'm newbie to the forum. I have a robot with a controller specified in the topic. The controller is equipped with AWCII and MI6 boards. The problem is that the LED on the AWCII board is constantly on. Accordingly, a red lamp is lit on the control panel and when you press reset, it does not disappear. The error appeared after replacing the battery, but it is unlikely that it is directly related to the battery. The 24 V power supply does not come to the estop button. I don't really understand what the problem is yet. Maybe someone has encountered such a problem or someone has an electrical circuit of the controller. Thanks for the answers.
