Was just wondering. Is there a function to be able to read the saved Tip Base Data for the fixed and moving tip just as there is a function to read the current wear (SGCHIP)?
Trying to create a function where if one was to replace the tips with the wrong sized tips, that the robot would pick up on it and produce an error. currently we have it set to check the wear however every time a tip change occurs and we were to use the dedicated input signal "EXT.TIP_BASE_ENT" that would set our wear to zero whether or not the operator has placed on the wrong tip size during tip change.
any thoughts or ideas would be greatly appreciated .
