Yes it is ABB. s4c controller
Image backups do store the mastering values.
Anytime you restore an image and the robot is in a different position it just disables the mastering. In order to re-enable go into the system variables. Set $DMR_GRP[1].Master_done to true. Then go to menu>system>master/cal. Reset pulsecoder alarm, then press calibrate and you should be ready to go. To double check, simply jog each joint to 0 degrees and confirm that the witness marks lineup.
Hello HawkME,
How to navigate to system variables in the teach pendant?
Please let me know.
thanks!
Thanks!
We were able to solve the earlier error
"Error 38665 Motors/Cables for Joint irb_1 have a short circuit ".Maybe caused by a faulty motor/cable or a contamination in contactors for cables or motor windings"
by fixing a cable that was broken. However,
Its giving us a new error now: Error 37052: A voltage level measured on the main computer is outside of the tolerance.
Measured: 3.3 V
Expected: 3.0 V
It had briefly given the same error earlier as well but then it had dissapeared.
Has anyone encountered this error? and how to solve it?
Thanks!
Hello.... was this problem solved?
I am having the following error:
Error 38665 Motors/Cables for Joint irb_1 have a short circuit .Maybe caused by a faulty motor/cable or a contamination in contactors for cables or motor windings.
Please help. Thanks!
I was able to see it after a few tries. Thanks!
I have not had issues using a "normal USB" on S4C+. Insert the USB, go to service window, select backup, change "UNIT" to hd0, select NEW DIR, create directory, create back up. The USB will not just show up, it needs to be selected.
Hope this helps.
***correction bd0 not hd0. hdo is the hard drive, bd0 is the usb port.
Make sure that the cable inside is actually plugged into the back of the external port.
Cable is connected, and the drive says it is a floppy drive. I emulated the usb to a floppy disk and tried. Still, the same result.
Hello,
I have a IRB 6400 that I am working on with a S4C+ Controller. I am trying to backup all data on my USB (500 Mb). However, after I connect the USB to the USB port in the front of the controller, I am unable to see it as an option in the directories.
Do I need to do a warm restart ?
Please Help.
Thanks,
