I know this is super late response but those are Karel Programs they cant be modified unless you have source code. You can see the contents because you didn't make the source code.

Apologies for this, no quicker than I sent this I found another thread with the same issue. The RSLinx background tasks were inhibiting the connection.
Yes, The factory talk OPC Server but it just restarts when I shut it off how did you get it to stay off.

See If this assist you at all. I normally take combined weight of tool and parts plus 25% for inertia. Normally always really close but this sheet helps.
