Would like to know if it is possible to use a program timer in BG logic porgram.

Sorry for not getting back to you sooner but on the slow machine it takes roughly 20-30 minutes with how much we are exporting and importing. On the faster robots, it takes about 5 minutes.

We are sending the .TP files but then it gets converted to .LS once on the robot.

Hey guys! Hope you're having a great day! Recently we have been working on a project and have had to be exporting files to this robot and have noticed that it is painfully slow. Can we get some ideas for us to fix this situation, please! We have already tried replacing the FROM/SRAM module and that has had no effect on the problem. Also tested importing and exporting on our other robots and it is hasty. Let me know anyone's thoughts. Best regards.

Well...I have four robots and we are now getting a robot that will be out of production used for programming needs. The four robots all have different programs on them. I wanted to see if we could possibly make a new tab on the tech pendant and put each robots specific jobs in each tab. Is this possible to have sub menus?

On our paint robots we have a chopper that cuts fiberglass, and a gun that sprays resin. Our chopper is not located next to the resin gun but has to travel through a pipe to intersect with the resin. Our chopper is having trouble ramping and keeping pace with the resin gun. As the chopper turns off, there is still some rotation that causes fiberglass excess to come out. With the gun turning on, it does not ramp fast enough to keep up with the resin.
What can we do to anticipate the travel delay between the resin and the chopper? Since they are in different locations and there is travel for the glass to mix with the resin.
We have looked at equipment characteristics for the trigger delay, and found that does not work.
