Hello,
Have couple of robots that faulted for OVC every time I jogged J-7 after a weld cap off recovery or during force calibration. I compered with other similar robots with the same components and I spot some differences on the Payload and in the axis disturbance torque, I also tried to change the values on the disturbance torque but it's showing me a message "collision detection is disable" even that statement isn't true, on the MAX allowed or MIN allowed don't show any numbers just a bunch of stars this is for J-7 ( G-2, A-1).
Payload is different compared with the other ones; I only have set up one payload for the gun on Group 1 but the robot with the issue have payload 1 on Group 1 and Group 2 for the weld gun, wondering if any had this issue before and can help me.
Any help would be appreciated
