I work with an Aubo-i10 corob which, according to the specification, has a payload of 10kg. Now we have mounted a tool weighing around 7.5kg.
So far so good.
Now to my problem.
I have to make the dynamic setting for the tool using the AUBOPE software (control and programming software from Aubo). The weight of the tool should also be entered there. However, I can only enter a maximum of 5kg (see attached photo).
Does anyone know about Aubo and have already had the problem?
I am very grateful for any suggested solutions. Also, what is your opinion, can I use the robot without hesitation despite the incorrect load specification? The center of gravity is only around 20mm below the flange.
