Hi all.
I am busy setting up a program for a fillet weld.
What would be an acceptible manufacturing tolerance(how accurate should the part be manufactured) to ensure that the robot reaches/follows the same parh on each new product presented to the robot.
Basically, how good must the manufacturing process be.
I would like to use touch sense on the first off part only at the start of the shift, populate a weld program and then run production on the following parts without touch sense for the remainder of the shift..
