Similar to the post [Creating a UDP Connection for LBR iiwa 14 R820][https://www.robot-forum.com/robotforum/kuk…r-iiwa-14-r820/] I am trying to create a TCP connection. I have tries both Java server and cpp client on my linux machine and both work well. However I am unable to get the client to connect to the server.
I am using port 30001 on the Java server.
My java server extends the Thread class and is constructed inside the initialize of a RoboticsAPIApplication.
Is is ok to have my Java server extend Thread or should it extend a background task ?
As a side note, I am using FRI (Network sharing centre says Realtime OS Virtual Network Adapter).
I am new to kuka iiwa development.
