Hello everyone I need your help again.
I'm working on ABB IRC5 and I was making a cross connections, I've copied one to make a small change and save it as other (new name)
I got an error while doing it (parameter Act3 invalid), but I didn't see the mistake, so I've deleted the connection and made it again by just hitting create.
Than I've restarted the robot to apply changes, but somehow looks like that error stayed at the controller and I kept getting "Invalid Cross Connection". So I've decided to delete it. Restarted, error is still there :O
So I've loaded all cfg files form the backup (EIO,MMC, MOC, ect.), restarted the controller, error is still there
I'm running out of ideas that to do, error says:
The cross Connection "Crx_vdoBreakCheckReq" is invalid
Parameter 'Act3' is invalid here.
File: . Line 113.
That is very starnge, it doesn't show the file name and error keeps poping up.
Please help.
I have a backup of controller, but I do not know what is the backup procedure for ABB (I did KUKA and FaNUC)
EDIT:
One more important info, looks like the date of the error keeps being the same , so the time stamp doesn't change. I'm playing ioth it for over an 1h and error message is still with a timestamp form 1h ago. Also looks like if I'll run a routine once it won't show up on that routine anymore, but if I'll secent new routine that it will pop up. So in theory if I'll run all of the routines at least once, than it shoudn't pop up anymore xD
