I'm helping a colleague of mine try to calculate the force and moments applied to a mezzanine structure by a robot mounted on a riser. The robot manufacturer, Fanuc, publishes the force and moment applied to the robot base, but I need to know where to go from there. How does that translate through the riser structure, into the mounting points on the mezzanine?
