Please could you help me to sort out one mystical issue with IRB2400+IRC5 ?
The problem is that robot freezes from time to time (it happens 10-20 times a day) during program execution. I noticed that signal Cycle_on is missing during all these freezings. Two other signals (Auto_on and Motors_on) are ok. Plc monitors Cycle_on and stops cell if Cycle_on signal is missing.
The question- WHY Cycle_on goes low during program execution? Program is complicated enough, but freezes happen anytime (I mean, not in the same part of the program).
What you suggest to check?
