downtime and error codes to computer
« on: June 25, 2018, 12:56:02 PM »
Is it possible to get error codes and downtime in real time, to computer for monitoring?  Do I need motosim, or is there a free or cheaper route?

If you buy a Weintek HMI, there's a Yaskawa DX200 option. It will log error codes, times, details and everything. You can save it to a USB or the HMI will email it to a specified group. I'm setting the same thing up with run times.

I forgot to add, the "CMT" versions you can actually view the HMI remotely from about any computer monitor.
