Can you tell me what firmware you are using? Did you update the Tablet Application software as well?
Thanks.

I would set the payload closer to what it actually is. In this case since you have no tool I would set the payload at 1 kg and see what happens. Since the default payload is set a 10 kg and the margin of error is 60 newtons you are outside of it and the robot will fault. The payload force warning it telling you that what you have entered in the payload does not match what robot is seeing. It doesn't necessarily mean that it is overloaded. Your stop state is happening because the payload is not correct.
Need some help with programing a CRX-10iA/L Robot with a R-30iB Control.
We are using this robot to pick a part that can vary in length. Because of this varying length occasionally the robot will fail to pick the part. When this happens, the robot will fault because the payload is not correct. In order to get the robot to move again you must go into the motion control screen and set the correct payload. All this takes time.
Is there a way to set the payload schedule from an input or some other way I am not seeing?
Thanks.
Thanks Tomfoolious, excellent idea. I didn't even realize that option was there. I have the robot doing what I want it to do but I like this idea as well. I'll play with it and see what works better in this situation.
IRockWell, I was wondering what math calculation he was referring to as well??
Thanks TitusLepic, exactly what I needed.
This is exactly what I want to do but don't know how to create the one main program that call the individuals.
Hello all,
I am attempting to use roboguide to draw paths on a part. The part has several segments and roboguide creates a individual TP program for each segment. My question is how do I combine all the individual TP programs into one program that I can transfer to the robot?
Obviously I'm a beginner, any help is greatly appreciated.
