DS186,
Thanks for the advice!
Just isn't my style of programming and have never had any luck with ACC100 in programs due to disturbance errors or overtemp faults.

What is the benefit of using ACC100 at the end of the motion points?
Found this on a Material handler robot this past Saturday while touching up the path out of a part fixture.
Asking to find out opinion's from other programmers.

This is on a rivet gun operation & only updating the motion speeds.
Deleting unnecessary motion points and cleaning up the programs per management- Cycle time reduction projects plant wide.
Thanks for the feedback!
Just recently started some cycle time reduction projects.
Asking daily programmers what there plan of attack is.
My plan of actions:
#1. Back up the robot programs.
#2. Find the slow motion points and step the robot around the tooling.
#3. Take notes/screen shots of Points that will be touched up and or deleted.
#4. Change the joint/linear speed to 100% and CNT adjustments gradually.
#5. Check operation
Currently no access to Roboguide to run the program on a simulator.
Any feedback is appreciated.
