    Thanks for the reply.

Checked the logs-nothing else there. The robot seems to go in this loop with the same message (above) displayed. To clear, a re-boot is needed.

I have also tried archiving individual info- logs, robot prog's etc. Nothing works. The only thing that can be done is moving individual programmes from USB to robot and vice versa.

why are posting old pictures having nothing to do with the your problem?

What? It's the same problem... I'm saying regardless of whether or not the date has been corrected, the SAME issue exists. FORGET ABOUT THE DATE, the same problem is still occurring.

Believe me when I say I have scanned the entire forum for suggestions on this and not one thread or any information within such threads are relatable to the issue we have.

So I'll ask again, when archiving, the archive is temporarily stored in C:\windows\temp\archivemanager.zip right?

    Thanks in advance.

    Thanks for the replies.

What errors are you getting when you try to Archive?

See attached photo for info. To me it seems as though the robot can't compress the archive (ignore the date, this has been rectified but has not made a difference). KRCconfigurator checks out as should, have tried to archive to \:d with no success, have also tried to reduce the size of the archive i.e archive applications only- to which has no success either. Registry has also been cleaned.

I can still individually drag/drop modules to and from USB, or other drives for the time being...

    Hi all,

This may turn out to be something relatively silly.

Trying to run command prompt in order to "chkdsk/ f" in an attempt to figure out why we're having some archiving issues (amongst other potential solutions). Now, I can run this check via mycomputer\C:\ and then through properties, however I couldn't seem to run it through command prompt and I'm curious as to why.

I press enter to execute the command and it just returns the cursor to the next line- nothing else happens. Yes I'm logged in as admin.

Also, one other related question: when archiving, the archive is temporarily stored in C:\windows\temp\archivemanager.zip right? I thought I could try and delete these if applicable, in order to try and re-archive. This files doesn't seem to exist! I can only archive applications... Any suggestions would be much obliged.

    KSS 5.2.15 WINxp KR60-L30-3-KS.

Try finding $TORQMON_DEF in the file …STEU\Mada\$custom.dat. This is where it is defined.

Regarding monitoring motor temp, you could try the variable $MOT_TEMP, be aware as the units are in Kelvin.

You can find all of this in the system variable documentation.
