Hi guys.
Does anyone know the permissible backlash value for AM 100iD for JJ1 to J6?
Thanks for help!
I'd also advise to check the motor and reducer - few times I had such error and the motor was broken.
According to manual, data is provided for J1-J3.
Basing on the manual.
How do you activate the LED of button 2 ( SO[6] ) ?
Have you checked the system software verions? Are they the same?
Maybe here is the problem.
Panic mode is right concerning safety - this robot is not dedicated to explosive environment.
Besides that probabbly you don't have paint tool inside (robot system software), so no special paint functionality. Moreover it's a bit more complicated to program it in case of spraying -> "in singularity problem".
I've done some spraying applications with general purpose robots ('cos they're much cheaper), but none of them was in explosive environment.
OK. Thanks again
No problem
I haven't found it in manual - some years ago I also needed to enlarge it and I'd just found it in variables.
I've done it 2-3 times. The easiest way is to relpace the screw or the complete cover - I assume the screw from the cover is broken.
Try: $THRTABLENUM.[3] = 64
If it doesn't work in cold start, try to change it in controlled start.
What if you decrease velocity for all points, let's say 50mm/s?
What controller type do you have?
Have you tried to stop all running programs and tried again (FCTN -> Abort ALL)?
FANUC lists both Molywhite RE-00 and SK-3 as acceptable greases for the harmonic drive on the 120iB. Their bulletin (#03409)actually states you can even have both in the drive without issue, which is pretty neat.
In general yes, you're right. But even when you look at the sticker close to J6 reducer, it's written SK-3, right? So I always use it, also because right now Molywhite is replaces with Vigo, so I have no Molywhite on stock, and it's used not so often.
In general should be used SK-3 because there's a harmonic reducer.
I have no idea whether it's the friction issue or not, many things could be.
Recently I have such a similar case but with J3 and also have no idea what's going on (still fighting with it).
Do you have a spare motor? Maybe exchange it and check - there could also be a problem with motor.
They are different, and you will have to file a key (or two) off if you buy the standard connector from Hirose.
Good to know, thanks a lot for info!
Didn't know about that.
