I recently started commissioning an IRC5 controller and found out that ABB forgot to load in the option 735-8 Keyless mode switch. I let them know and they sent me a .rlf file to load into the robot. I loaded it through the installation manager 6 and restarted the robot. Now I am getting an event message 90667 saying the MC doesn't match the SC configuration and that I need to reset the safety controller to factory defaults and create a new configuration. When I go to reset the CIP Safety, I get this error. Does anyone have any ideas to what I am doing wrong or how to fix this?

I am getting this error when going to a welding location:

How do I lower the minimum force? Also, is there a way to change the force units from Newtons to Pounds? THank you!

I am trying to establish communications between my ProFace HMI/PLC and robot controller. I need to be able to monitor signals as well as send the robot start, stop and fault reset commands. I have set it up to communicate over Ethernet/IP via ODVA. I can ping the HMI from the robot host comm screen and the HMI is talking to all my other devices through this protocol. On the Ethernet/IP screen of the robot it is not showing the Pro-Face connection as running and I get an invalid host error when I try to ping it. Attached are the settings I am using in GP-Pro EX and robot. The two errors I am getting on the HMI are "RHAA040 Robot: Illegal response for initial communication command" and "RHAA133 Robot: Error has been received for Implicit Open command (General Status:[01H]. Extended Status :[107H]"

I have read that the SNPX option may be needed to accomplish this but I have also seen that it isn't. If anyone can provide some insight on how to get this working I would greatly appreciate it!
