    Hi folks. I finally got my hands on Yaskawa Motosim and trying to use it a little before getting a training by Yaskawa.


    Anyway, I added a bunch of PL=0 to my programs and it works fine on the robot. But it doesn't work in the software.


    This error keeps appearing.



    Any idea on what could cause this? Thanks in advance!

    I'd like to store the axis data of some points into a R. Problem is with D variable if i have a value say 0.014, the value 14 will be stored in the D variable. I'd like to store the whole value in a R. I don't know if I'm clear enough

    I'd like to know if there is a way to register the axis data (like the GETE instruction) but in a R instead of a D.


    I've been checking the manuals for a while and couldn't come up with something. Maybe someone has a workaround?

    Already registered, no not really. Yes, it can be done with a pc. Much easier to add when teaching originally but turning on ENABLE POS LEVEL tag from EDIT in the Menu area.

    I'd like to know if there is a way to add PL=0 to already registered position quickly via the teach?


    I have a big number of points i'dl like to modify and it's pretty long to go into each point and then add PL=0.


    Can it be done via computer maybe? Without Motosim since we haven't received it yet.

    Hi, I've been doing some research between a few OLP softwares and also came across RobotMaster.


    I was wondering if Yaskawa is supposed to come and calibrate your cell before RobotMaster does his thing?


    I've been told no from RobotMaster but i'm a bit skeptical about that point.

    I have a question, I made some programs with the arcon instruction inside, and I'd like to know if it's possible to use them in play mode but without the welding part.


    I know it sounds useless, but the Marketing service from my company wants to make videos of my work without the welding at real speed.

    The thing is, SCOMARC is the only command available, I can't find the COMARC option anywhere.

    About what you said, do I need different parameters for the comarc for each weave i'm using? Or are the COMARC parameters universal for every weave?


    Also, I called Yaskawa and this is what they told me:

    U/D is supposed to be equal to the intensity of the job I'm using (here 174)

    L/R need to be set at 0 first. Then I need to determine my compensation phase value aka time lag.

    Then I can do a job to determine my L/R which is supposed to be not far from 0 (like 10 and more is too much apparently?)
