Thank you for your quick reply, I eventualy managed to deactivate safety stop of the robot thru profisafe.
The message about the PLC not in running was beacuse the connection on profisafe wasn't established because of something I did wrog(I don't know exactly what) and when I gave the RUN command form TIA it wouldn't start. Should I post more detalis about my project here, maybe someoane else have the same situation? The problem wasn't the switch. I just removed the switch GSDML from TIA portal v16 hardware configuration. So what did the difference and established the connection between PLC and KRC was to modify the F_WD_Time parameter in General properties of 64 Safe IO module in KUKA GSDML in hardware config. I'll attach an archive with Images from my initial configuration that failed and one with configuration that worked. I also deleted the connection in topology view (TIA Portal)from PLC to KUKA/KRC. Now, I don't know why, but each time I modify something in safety program the PLC fails to connect with KRC and to solve this problem I modify F_WD_Time parameter. I set the 200, 500, 1500 ms...
