Hello Robopal I have checked the motor cables for continuity and in axes 1 and 2 Ispot something wire, two pins on both motors are in contact with one another exactly the F and E pin in both motors ,is that normal ?

hello everyone, we are dealing with an old S3 M93 .We are trying to revive it . Have load parameters from prom and as soon as the Robot moves , give an motor overload foult, checked the error list and it says only initialize the robot, enyone have any idea what could be the issue, thanks

Hello Skooter, it the only way to bypass the SMB located in the cabinet , I think it has some foult and is not allowing me to run the manipulator without external axes,is there something else i can do?

Hello everyone , we have a S3 M93 welder robot, we having some troble with the external axes, we start the robot from prom, is possible to cut out the SMB for external axes located in the cabinet? I see it is connected in series with the one in the manipulator. Thanks in advance guys

I was wandering do I need to put the robot in sync position ,I haven't done that as long as it can't move with jogging .

Hello everyone,
We're having troubles revives an old S3M92 welder with external axes,we have replaced the main computer taken from a twin robot . Actually we have load parameters from prom and set sincoff offsets but we haven't been able to change the comoff value, does anyone tell us why and how we can set the sincoff original values of the Robot.
