but....the robot has not yet lost the encoder values....
so my question is...: is it necessary to to perform encoder reset when you change batteries...or can you just replace the batteries with POWER ON.....without any further actions....?

I have a customer who has a Panasonic TA 1900 WG installed.
I have been asked if i could replace the batteries in it.
Unfortunately I do not have any manual/documentation, so i have no info on what kind of batteries are used, and where they are placed.
Anyone in here who can help ?
Usually we are working with Motoman, so the Panasonics are quite new for us.

When i run the program in Teach with interlock/test start some of the robots continues the movement when i release the TEST START button.....i dont like this...and have bent many grippers

is there any parameters for locking/disabling this axis???

(in Robot -arm setting you can only setup the tilting angle, so it must be a parameter)

i have a HP20 FS100, where i need to install a second i/o board.....is it just "plug and play" or do i need to setup any parameters or so...?
and is the in and output locations (on the green CN slot) the same numbers as the first i/o board (B1, A1, B2, A2.....and so on..)
