  • Swaping from operator window to production window- s4c abb

    Hi all,

    I have this problem:

    In automatic production, the window change from production window(where u see the line the proc corrently at) to operator window. Every time this happen, and i need to stop the program, i cant start it again without changing the key mode from auto to manual mode in the eletric cabinet.

    In the operator window i dont have the usualy option to the key reg "start".

    This happens everytime i use some tpwrite/ tp erase.

    Is there somekind of tric to change me always to the production window?

    Pics in attatch show the prog running like normal, and after some tperase without the reg key "start".

    I have and old save of the robot data, "ZOPTION_7 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0" is it related the 7 axis? some bits of the parameters?

  • Disabling a 7axis

    hi!


    I have an old kawasaki 1998 A83 controller, JS 30 arm, and one of the boards (9ZA) needed replacement after some errors that prevented me from even boot the robot. After the replacement from one ebay board i can now turn on the robot but got a "-1553 encoder response error jt7". Since i cant work with the error, and the robot only have 6 axis is there a way to disable the 7 axis or a work arround?

    Hey all, thanks for the manuals, i wasn't able to see all the post for a reason...

    Anyway, im trying to put in operation again an old 1998 A83 controller, JS 30 arm, but it doesn't seem to boot up. The owner says it was working on an old factory and they changed its location but with the same setup, but its stuck on this error.
    Seem to me a hardware error or a missing input. does anyone have a clue?
