  • KUKA KRC4 Error No Communication to KRC possible

    Hello,


    We have some issues with Kuka KRC4, serial number 239947

    on the touch pendant, we receive the error 'No communication to KRC possible' or on the external monitor 'Unable to establish a connection to the KRC'.

    The problem starts after the robot restart, in PC left the USB memory with some application, we don't know which one, one guy made something and he doesn't know what...

    before that, the robot works fine.


    we already try to boot the last backup .winC and .winD, but the result is the same.

    before that issue on the touch pendant, we always saw the internal IP addresses, now we can see just one.

    Also after the boot back up, the UploadRTOS is failed, an error message is: 0x000010a4

    From WorkVisual we export configuration in folders Config and KRC (R1, STEU) and copy that on the robot, but the result was the same.

    WorkVisaul can't connect directly to the robot, the robot is offline on the network.


    Could you please help us with solving that issue?
