OK, I understand, I am able to upload the program, but it will not run, the robot wouldn't move because of the drive inconsistency problem. Using WoV was a solution proposed by KUKA to solve the drive problem.

No, when the program is about to be uploaded the controller and the WoV ask for an user input.

Yes, I did it with KR6 R900 sixx and still have the some problem with the drivers
And about KR8 R1620, I couldn't find in SIMPRO list

It seem to have a maximum number of attachments, so I only uploaded print 3 that is not well described in words. If the others are necessary, just ask me!

Hello,
I am also having problems with the connection between OL and SIMPRO.
Small summary of my application:
I have a python program that receives a coordinate of a part and calculates inverse kinematics, so I have to send the next position to the robot using Ethernet KRL. My robot will take sometime to arrive, so we are trying to do everything with simulation.
We are using :
KUKA KR8 R1620
OfficeLite with KSS 8.3.4
SIMPRO V3.0.3
Ethernet KRL 2.2.9
WorkVisual 6.0
I connected OL and SIMPRO using demo application and it worked. But then I started to use KR8 1620 and a message saying that "Machine names of the robot drivers are inconsistent" (print 1), I tried to contact KUKA and they advised me to try to use use Workvisual.
With workvisual I have two different situations:
1) With KR6 R900 sixx, I can generate code, but when the project is being activated, Workvisual and OL say they are expecting for a user input, and after it, the project Deployment crashes. (print2)
Before it crashes the messages on print3 appear very fast.
2)KR8 R1620, I can't generate code, an the follow error message appears "There are no supply servo parameters for KPP with a resistor strength of 1600". (print4)
If someone knows how to solve this drivers inconsistency in some other way would be great, but if not helping with this WoV issues would be also worthwhile.

Thank you very much, it worked!!!

Hello,
I followed the described steps, but something went wrong, because when I run the application, the IP that appears is IPV6 and it is not what the program is expecting for.
The configuration is in the right path, with the right IP address, and I have no idea of what is going on.
Attached is a printscreen of the cofigurations, if someone has any idea of what I'm doing wrong, please let me know!!
