I am trying to setup robot with SERVO GUN OPTIONS. I do not see "this" PAC in the list which is conflicting. Any other option i can give it try ?

I am not sure about it . But you can use space check function. Refer this youtube video. Maybe helpful.
You can use error recovery PAC
201: PAYLOAD[2] (The [2] can be any number you want. This is the payload number)
202: WAIT .50(sec)
We wait so that there isn't any jerking of the moves. Probably not needed, but we do it anyway.
What active number should be here in setup ? as in program there will be different payload schedule no. can be used

Even i could not find any alarm related on alarm book.. let me try to find on other sources. Try to contact fanuc.
Looks like 24V output fuse is blown. Check all fuses FS1 FS2 FS3 fuse. You can use multimeter , Check with continuity function.

you can load a program the same way as a real robot. There is a folder for UT1 and UD1 in C:\Users\yourname\Documents\My Workcells\yourcellname\robot_1\ if you never changed the path.
