It was just an example of what he could do, i only have 1 backup with Base and Base_MT and there is nothing in Base_MT, the others i have are with Base and Basefun2. The problem is probably that when he saves the "Program" he presses File - 3 Save Program and not File - 8 Save Module. So Lauyder, do you save Programs or Modules? Usuaslly you only work wiht Modules in an ABB Robot and not Programs. Program is MAIN, it is main that controls everything, you make Modules with routines and the routines are used in main. This is how it is here en Denmark.

You should be able to rename one of your tool0 to tool1 i just can remember exactly where to do it, i mean it can be done in jog and under tool, there you will be able to see both. i have to look for it when i get to work tomorrow.

if it is to be used for welding i would advise you to get a small acrylic glass in front of the laser to protect it from welding sparks and have a little compressed air down the glass to avoid welding fumes on the glass, be sure that the acrylic glass can withstand some heat if it gets too close to the weld and gets hot it may well turn milky white. i have seen people who have faults with poor protection of the laser in welding and it is cheaper to change an small acrylic glass then it is to change the laser.
This is just my experience with laser searches.

Are you missing toilet paper, so move to Denmark, we have plenty for we do not have so many big ass holes. It's not going well in the company i work in, it's fired 11 people so i'm the last man in the workshop now. I'm so lucky they can't fire me, i'm so slow, i'm behind with everything and it has to be done before they can fire me and between us it never gets done, because now i have to work with our weldings robots, laser cutter, bending machines, presses and all stock jobs, so i won't get bored anymore. So cheers and good weekend everyone.

You are missing program module TcpData, try loading it from back up "Backup24_11_2016" - "RAPID" - "TASK0" - "PROGMOD" there you will find it..

It's under the tab "file". Press file and then 7..

Try runnning the routine BeRefPnt and see how the weldinggun stands, the wire should be on top of the tip and then try to rotate wiht the gun, wire and the tip should be together plus minus 1mm then it is perfect. I have attached pictures of how it is wiht me. First picture is what comes up when you run the routine, here you need to press day1 and then your gun should be as pictures 2 and 3, if not try to make a new setup, run the routine BeToolSetup, routine should tell you what to do, If you make a new setup you have to correct all your welds, if your lucky it is only with a few mm. Remember to take a back up before you start.

If Bullseye is kicked or moved you would get error number starting with 111500. I'm sure there is someone who has run BeToolSetup and interrupted it. So try to load in a backup where it worked or make a new setup. Remember to make a backup before loading in another backup.

Hi e-tipI don't know if i understand you right, but wiht SmarTac you can also search with the wire instead of the gas cup, so no need to use the touch sensing from fronius.
