Has this issue been contributed to anything else? We got this a few months ago when one of the operators cycled down the cell. We ended up doing a image back up and replacing the batteries in the robot and controller. Same situation occurred the other night and we had to do an image back up and a quick master and calibrate a couple groups. I did find a loose teach pendant cable, but not sure if that had anything to do with it. We haven't tried shutting it down since.

What would be the best literature or material I could obtain that gave the best holistic approach to working with Fanuc Robots? I've been a Tech for two years, but don't have much expierence with the communication and interface options between machines and equipment(I/0, ethernet/tcp, internet).A step be step explanation on error codes and recovery steps would be nice as well. We use multiple dual cell and single cell 120i, R-30iB plus for welding operations, with I/0 interface to fixture and work cell. I've heard how hard it is to find material on Fanuc and have bookmarked all the great information made available on this forum. I just wanted to check if there was any literature recommendations that could serve me well.

Sorry,
The other guys started working on it before I could take a pic.
They ultimately said they had to do an image restore. I'm not a seasoned vet, but one of the guys was trying to do a cold start and it would just keep kicking him back to a diagnostics page.
He then pushed the F1 and F5 keys and it allowed him some more options. (Not sure what the pushing of the F1 and F5 keys is called?)
Before attempting and kind of cold start or cycle power, If you selected any of the fields on the page it would send you to " the page not found" HTTP 404 error. Internet explorer.
I read a few things about a home page not connecting to the URL, but after they did the image restore it came back up. I was wondering what caused it, and if it could of been fixed without a image restore and a AOA load?

Hi everyone,
We received this alarm on the teach pendant when coming into our shift. Had a bad storm last night. I read something about the client being knocked off from our url. We cannot navigate through our teach pendant. It keeps sending us to the page not found screen. Any help, I would really appreciate it. Thank you

Thanks Jay,
All these moves are air moves. The previous weld had tracking in it and did not have a track end with the arc end. I'm assuming that's why the J air move faulted out.

Hi everyone,
We are running a welding program with a ARC Mate 120ic/ R-30iB. During welding program I got an alarm of Track-001. Jnt move not allowed. It is a J 30% CNT20 in the middle of four Linear moves. L 800mm/sec CNT30. I looked the code up for remedy and it said to change it to Linear. After looking at the motion of the points, the J move probably should've been a L move to begin with since it seemed to be in a relatively straight movement but I didn't think a J move would've had a issues with this straight movement. I changed it to a linear move like the others and it is running fine. Thanks in advance to anyone who could explain it to me.

Hi everyone,
I'm fairly new to robotics. We currently use a Arc mate 120ic w/ R-30ib with my employer. For the most part I do alarm resetting and touch up points for our robotic welders. I'm still getting accustom to all the IO mapping and communication features between dual robots in rotating fixtures. One thing I have not done so far is write any code. I have a basic understanding of how its presented but wanted some clarity on why and how it began in the format we use today. When writing code does the spacing have to be exact and always presented the same way in a program? Im pretty sure we have the newer version of software.
