I installed Gazebo and found RX60 module for it.
Machine is now calibrated, all info about it can be found from this forum.
You simply place markers on line on every axis (coin slots) and calibrate.
I got VAL3 reference manual from one school.
What is any more needed is location of battery, how to configure network, I/O howto and security switch wiring.
It now goes to Joint-, Frame-, Tool- and Point modes, but not yet to Automation mode because of DOOR-2 error.

56 - 44 <- will not move if this is open, gives error "cell emergency stop chain open (User ES3-4)"
It still complains DOOR-2 open.
I got it to move already, not able to run programs due to DOOR -error:

There is also this error as in the picture "Arm power enable request refused: cabinet working mode is remote or invalid".
I try to change the mode to Automatic mode from teach pendant when this happens.
Now it asks for calibration. That is one of those things I'm not sure how to do or should i attempt without proper knowledge.
It would greatly help to have some programming manual. As a programmer, I have no difficulties in studying documentation and making things work. I already registered to Stäubli site, but have not received any password or login credentials yet. When requesting a manual via the feedback form, I received D28045004E-02/2008 Instruction Manual. Unfortunately, that does not talk a word about real-life use, just some basics on how to install and maintain the robot. Maybe I need to be more spesific and try again via form?

I'm trying to bring back alive RX60BL with CS8 year 2004. Thanks for robot-forum got through booting and battery problems.
Nom I'm stonewalled to door open message. I have tried to find manuals telling how to bypass this message. I have no access to 109 dongle, and can not find wiring diagram for connectors. Newer(?) CS8C manual can be found, but i'm not sure it is the same thing?
Any advice?
