Hello,
I’m trying to set up a Profinet network, and I’m encountering the following error: “KSS11012 - The configured device differs from the real device slot 1, subslot 1.” This error occurs when I configure the input and output modules in WorkVisual.
What could be my issue? Initially, it seems like I’ve configured everything correctly. The IP is assigned correctly on the device and in WorkVisual. Furthermore, if I don’t configure the modules, I don’t get an error, and there’s communication. I’ve tried several GSD files, but the error persists.
Relevant details:
Robot:
• My equipment is a KRC4 v8.3.37
• Profinet KRC-Nexxt v3.3.1
• IP: 192.168.1.102
Module 1:
• X20if10e3-1
• Not functioning
Module 2:
• Wago 750-377
• Functioning properly
WorkVisual v6.0.24
KUKA Profinet MS v6.0.3.32
Profinet KRC-Nexxt v3.3.1.8
I’m attaching some images.

The Question is "do you have R538 Ethernet/IP I/O Adp. option installed ?". I believe it is needed to use that kind of communication.
If I were you i would use native mitsubishi CC-Link/CC-Link IE to create communication (still you need cc-link option installed on fanuc).
I guess so, I have contacted fanuc and they are answering my query, but this option is the one that appears in the i/o menu - ethernet / ip?
Or has nothing to do witth it.

Hi,
I am trying to communicate via ethernet / ip with mitsubishi plc (model: fx5u), I have an ethernet-ip module.
Right now I can ping the plc from fanuc, but there is no way to see i / o on the plc.
Has anyone done similar work?thanks
