Not a single response to this thread. Has anyone had success picking metal fittings from a bin? I am looking for some good recommendations. What brands are best for this?

I am looking for a good solution for small metallic fittings and nuts. They don't want to vibrate or oscillate as they are in a clean room and the parts have been cleaned. I am thinking of 3D bin picking. What is the most robust system out there for this? There seem to be several. Has anyone succeeded with similar parts? Do you have any sample videos picking metallic fittings to share?

It is on the same controller. I just want to toggle the inputs it is waiting on. There are a lot of them. How do you get the output to turn on the input? Is that what you setup in the IO connection manager?

I am trying to use the model script editor to simulate inputs. According to the manual the out command will turn them on something like this:

OUT YRC1000 IN#(119)=ON

The name of my script is INPUT119_ON and I inserted an 'MDS:INPUT119_ON in my program to run it. I don't see the input come on from the inputs page. Is there anything else I need to do to make this work? I even tried to turn SIM on for the input and it still did not work.

I am under a big time crunch to get something done and I have another part to complete first. I am not real familiar with DCS and I need to write up some training slides and a lab in the next few days. Does anyone have anything similar they would be willing to share? I am not asking for the Fanuc manual as I already have it. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. I am setting up training around a LR-Mate 200id with R-30ib mate plus controller. I will not be allowed to use RoboGuide so it has to be teach pendant based.
