    Hello,

Does it matter which revision board the system is using as long as it is the same board?

For example system with DX100 is currently using SRDA-EAXA01A REV. B01, is it safe to replace the board with REV. C01

Another example: NX100, JANCD-NCP01-1 REV.25, does it matter if replaced with REV.24.

    Thanks for the help

I pressed SELECT on the alarm and looked through what it showed. Could not find that [200x] clarification tho.

Later found out that it is written in DX100 Maintenance manual (RE-CHO-A108).

    Anyway T-axis was correct, thanks!

    Update about my problem:

Today I figured out that problem was not with the servo (tried another servo) and not in the cable (disconnected servo power cable from the amplifier).

So I took out amp 6, opened it up and looked at the boards and components (I did not have a spare amplifier).

Nothing was burnt and everything seemed fine with a multimeter - only some moisture damage.

I resoldered all the pins of the connectors and cleaned boards (3 were in the amplifier) with IPA.

Robot has been working for ~7 hours straight since that with no problems (before it gave the alarm only by powering the servos), hope for the best.

    Hi guys,

DX100 controller with HP20 manipulator started giving 1547 alarm.

As background info: It first started to happen yesterday and happened rarely - after reset robot kept working for multiple hours. Now it stops right after it tries to start moving.

The sub code is 2006 - does anyone know what this sub code means? (I was expecting a sub code that show me the specific axis.)

    Thanks in advance

Just a small update that I saved parameters to CF card from a working system and from the one I am trying to fix and found SVPxG232 parameters that I was looking for.
Could not find any differences in those.

Also verified that EAXA is fully working (verified on other system). After that cleaned all of the pins of the cable from CN502 port to L axis amplifier.

Unfortunately the error was still there.
So now I ordered a new amplifier and waiting for it.

I have one question tho, if anyone could help.
In the manuals I noticed that in Maintenance mode, under control group you can set up all robot axis, choose amplifiers and more.
I went and tried it on the DX100 controller and was able to choose all of them when setting up a new control group. Does anyone know if I could check this information for the control group that has been already set up?

I found out that software versions at the end of EAXA ( 2.11-00/2.11-00 and 1.04-00/1.04-00) are Safety unit SW versions.
So not related to amplifier type mismatch and I hope that is not a problem overall.

YPP versions are programming pendant SW versions, also not related to my error message.

So still need to check SVPxG232 somehow.

    Hi guys,

I am trying to fix a Motoman DX100 controller with HP20 manipulator.
Currently the error message is "Alarm 1306 - Amplifier type mismatch, L axis".

    A little background story.
This DX100 controller was fully functional ~2 years ago but was stored poorly and now has extensive moisture damage. I am trying to bring it back to life.
Because of damage, I have had to replace multiple boards, including CPU and EAXA.

This Alarm 1306 is the final alarm I have left to fix now.

The alarm list tells me to check Reference parameter: after SVPxG232
Unfortunately I do not know where could I see that. Could anyone please tell me.

Also other info from my troubleshooting:
I know that this alarm is because of wrong reply from the amplifier. Communication to L axis is from between EAXA port CN502. If I disconnect cable from CN502 and start the controller, I get 3 error messages, so I believe that EAXA is ok. Also it is difficult to believe that something has happened with the amplifier.

For this Servopack, the L axis amplifier is SRDA-SDA21A01A-E
I noticed that many configurations have SRDA-SDA14A01A-E for L axis, so wrong setting somewhere seems likely to me.

I have tried loading old CMOS.BIN file but that did not fix the problem. (Also tried reading CMOS.BIN from identical and working system but still no luck.)

Robot Version Information from the robot with error message:
    SYSTEM: DS1.57.04A(US/DE)-00
    PARAMETER: 2.29
    MODEL: HP0020D-D0*
    APPLI: GENERAL
    LANGUAGE: 1.57-00-00/1.57-00-00

    CPU SYSTEM ROM BOOT ROM
    YCP01-E 1.57.04 ---------------- D1.30
    YPP01 2.01-00 1.10-00 1.02
    EAXA*#0 1.56-00 2.01 2.11-00/2.11-00

Robot Version Information from a working robot:
    SYSTEM: DS1.57.04A(US/DE)-00
    PARAMETER: 2.29
    MODEL: HP0020D-D0*
    APPLI: GENERAL
    LANGUAGE: 1.57-00-00/1.57-00-00

    CPU SYSTEM ROM BOOT ROM
    YCP01-E 1.57.04 ---------------- D1.30
    YPP01 1.53-00 1.10-00 1.02
    EAXA*#0 1.56-00 2.01 1.04-00/1.04-00

Does anyone know why EAXA has different version number, because as far as i know, EAXA does not store any software/settings on it (and does it have to be the same).

    Thanks for your time
