I have also done jumpers for local estop / external estop / safeguard
and now the message for external estop disappeared
but not the message for emergency stop.
I took photos from esc diagnosis.
What can be the problem that emergency stop is enabled and drives contactor is off ?
What i'm missing?
I found the the electric diagram printed inside cabinet.
It has 2 electric diagrams from kuka and an another diagram that is from the company
that installed devicenet peripherals.
When i try jog shows: emergency stop / external emergency stop pressed / drives contactor off
Also krc2 esc-ci board has the bridges shown in the photo.
What bridge needs more esc-ci board to deactivate the external emergency stop ?
I have contacted kuka with serial number and told me
that it is SGCBS also found the same in robcor.dat file in hdd

The krc2 cabinet for 1-2-3 axis has KSD1-32 servo drives
can replace them with KSD1-48 and use this krc2 cabinet for driving KR210 robot instead KR125/3 ?

Yes all are in German after init start.
I have study German when i was 10 years old in school but i don't remember nothing.
I press menu button in teach pendant but can't find SETUP submenu
I have done init start but after init start robot language is in German and shows there alarms..

I want to delete extra axis to be able to jog the robot... i have not jog yet.
If i delete external can't add external axis in future ?
I don't want now to add external axis now just asking if exist this option with standard software..

With image backup first is there safety to delete all external axis or do completely init start?

I have a fanuc robot R-30iA and i want do milling or plasma cutting with robot..
8 axis... 6 axis the robot + 1 axis for rotary table + 1 axis for linear rails + cutting spindle or plasma
I have extra fanuc servomotors(3-4kw range) but not servo drives for these motors also i have inverters-spindle / plasma
Is there a manual how to install 2 more axis and how to connect inverter-spindle/plasma to communicate with robot ?
(what connection analog- digital I/O, profibus, interbus ?)
