Is someone having the teach pedant for a xrc robot european version?
The cable was crashed by accident and I dont know how to conect it back.
Maybe some pictures with the connector and the wires attached to it could be helpful.
I received soething for the americn robot, but I can not uyse it at all.

Hello, I have a problem.
I tried to register TCP by using 5 point method as it is described in user manual.
The problem is that after registration I have tried to rotate the tool center around the registration point and the tool tip don't keeps constant distance around registration point.
I read also that the tool orientation shall be inserted manually.
How to do it?
What shall be the reference? Center of t axis?

I have a small problem with a MRC for play speed.
I set the robot ( movj P000 vj =100) but when I set the robot in play mode the speed for this movement is quite low. Is there another setting to increase the moving speed?

I am comming again to my problem.i Cutting a hole in a pipe with a laser.
I did some investigations and I just want to check with the experts if I am not hitting a dead end before jumping to implementation.
I want to calculate the robot coordinantes based on a formula based on the hole circle angle, then jog the robot to that position.
See the attached file.
The question is if you think it is possible to implement it. Some details (convert instructions were skipped in the flowchart for simplicity of representation)

does someone have the signall flow (to what card is conected and what are the pins and what is the active status) for emergency stop output for MRC?
I have a laser to my application and I want to stop it if dead man switch (or emergency stop) is pressed. I am missing the documentation for this.

I have a vierd problem with an MRC robot. It is a dual arm robotic system, but I am able to controll only one.
If I am going in the setup menu (customer key press then power on) i see that there are 2 robots (see attached picture) but i am not able to select the robot count to 2. (only 1 is valid)
What can be the cause?

I have a question about the digital out testing in remote(manual) mode.
It is working if I have a program that sets a digital output in manual mode or it works only in auto mode.
I have to check some pneumatic valves and switch inputs connected to the robot and i dont know how to do it quick and dirty.
Are there any other options?

I have a electricall? issue with a xrc, when I set the robot in play mode i press start from externall pannel (not from robot cabinet), the job is performed (few movements without loop) then the robot starts again the job from the begining in an infinite loop.
The start button is not stuck since the robot dont start automatically the job untill is pressed.
My guessing is that i have an electircal problem.
Aditional information, the start button from the cabinet does not work.
I checked the button with a multimeter and it seems like is working.
Anyone have a ideea from where the problem could come?

I have a project and I dont know how to implement the program.
I have to cut a hole perpendicular hole (circle) in a pipe with a laser attached to a XRC robotic arm.
I tried to use the MOVC instruction but I faced this problem.
If the distance between the laser head and the pipe is increased because of the pipe curvature, then the finishing (rugosity) of the surface become bad.
Basicaly I need to keep a constant distance between the laser head and the pipe.
It is posible (supposing that the robot is in cartesian coordinates) to make the circle in xy with movc instruction and in the same time to increase or decrease the z axis?
Any ideeas how to do it ?
