We have a fanuc robot RJ2 420IF with controller and touch screen ESA we want communicate a robot by ESA with the RS232 port to update the internal registers of the robot.
We do RJ3 controler with the Host Comm Setup and start up correctly but does not work with this controller.
Someone can tell us how?Regards

I have a controller rj2 with s420 iW robot to make the boot is locked in checkssum.
After reading in the forum we have done:
We have performed an image backub the main CPU, we have put in a similar controller and works properly but put in yours is locked.
We have also proven the teach pendant and working properly on the other controller.
Anyone know what might be going on? -

We have acquired an IRB 340 M2000 with driver IRC4 +, this robot does not come with teach pendant and we want to program it and to move it.
How can we do it without the pendant teaching?

I have a robot controller UK150 with C, I get the error -1513 ERROR CODE Encoder rotation jt-2 abnormal data constantly and I've checked all connections and they are fine.
Can anyone tell me how to remove the error?

I have the same problems for some time, after you look at everything the manual says, see if you have grease into the actuator, if not, you have to replace the amplifier board where all servos are hooked.
