I am having a problem with PickMaster. The application crashes and reports an error 'PickMaster has stopped working and needs to close'. This happens while the application is open with a project running or closed.
Windows event viewer is logging a problem with an unhandled exception in the .NET framework, with the error being in the RIS status requests and responses. Has anyone any experience of communicating with the PickMaster RIS plugin over Ethernet and an Allen Bradley PLC?
