Can anybody share parameter manuals for DX100 controllers generation?

I would like to know what functions are available to ask for Yaskawa local service.

I´m trying to install Job editor DX100 on a Windows 10 PC, 64x... I can´t run because screen shows error "Protect key is not attached", sentinel is on a USB Port... Does anybody know this software support OS Windows 10?
