if you go into the variable $scr _grp you will find a group list $scr_grp (X). within the variable for the relevant group you will find a variable called axisorder. Here you will see your group axis listed normally by a number 7,8, or 9. set the axis to 0 and it will ignore all errors from this axis.

you should be able to get the robot remastered using a mastering jig. The jig should be available from your local Fanuc Representative. This will return the mastering back to how it left the factory.

with the older robots the aux contacts on the redundant estop unit fail, these can be replaced with off the shelf replacements. if they are faulty you will get SRVO -21 alarms, big issue on RJ3 controllers. Also occurs on RJ2 where the coils in the redundant contactors oveheat and stop the contactors operating.

you may have missed the CRM72 jumper on the Estop board, this is used when running aux axis in the A cab and linked out if not.
