Our P50ib with a 30iB mate controller, is having problems stacking jobs in que. Vision system is triggered and then send the correct bit information to the PLC which then turns on DI and GI should be showing a number (attaching a Photo), We don't have any alarms, Di and GI are properly mapped, DI does turn on when the PLC sends the signal. GI gets the number in but Job is not stacked in que.

Fanuc is not able to figure it out and we did try to recover by using image from 6 months ago. still not working.

We also have replaced tracking encoder and swapped multiplex board per FANUC recommendation to troubleshoot the issue.

Currently we have to manually stack the jobs for robot to paint.

Any suggestion would be much appreciated.

I have been trying to connect the C-more HMI to fanuc R30iB Mate Plus, I do have the RTL-550 Option,

Automation Direct HMI supports the SNPX and SRTP protocols yet HMI will not connect to the controller via Ethernet nor Serial. (PLC-001 alarm is displayed)

Does anyone have any experience with those HMIs?

Automation Direct and Fanuc supports have no idea why this does not work.

I understand that the AB 850 is not supporting the implicit messaging, but I saw on another post that it is possible to do,
I am completely new to the area,
can someone please walk me through the setup on the AB micro850 to see the I/O on Fanuc robot R30iB mate plus controller.

So far PLC program was modified and the CIP Generic instruction block was added, Robot can see the PLC and PLC can see the robot.

I am trying to interface the Asyril asycube 240 with Fanuc LR mate 30iB plus controller. So far I am not able to get the rack 89 mapped.
I can ping the asyril but I am not able to run.
Did anyone out there was ever trying to interface this device with the Fanuc robot and what was used for the communication?
I do have the IP adapter scanner option.

I am working with Fanuc but even them are scratching their heads to figure this one out.
Any suggestions are much appreciated.

yes, I did, its a 4 wire M12 cable with a 4 pin connector male and female. I tried same but newer switch and now I have SRVO-105 alarm, It wired the same way.

Hello All,
Need help on the SRVO-004 alarm Fence open when Auto mode is enabled.
I have Fanuc LR Mate with R30iB Mate Plus Controller. Connected the ferrogard fence switch to the TBOP20 and Have all the time Fence open when in auto mode.
I have checked my UOP first Three UIs are always enabled, But not sure if anything else.
