Has anyone tried to set up a UDP communication with a Staubli controller (CS8C) using J204 and J205 ports? I saw a question regarding this on the forum from 2013 and I am trying to relaunch the subject. I know that you can communicate with the controller using a Profinet card but it's kinda of expensive. And I heard about this UDP communication

A workaround is to have SRS and modify in the user management the rights for the users. In this way you could give the default profile as much rights as maintenance or admin. Is not best practice to do so. After that you just transfer the new user to the Robot.

Have you tried using a motion descriptor(mdesc) to set the velocity, acceleration and deceleration of the movement?

OK so I found the issue, apparently I had to local connections on my laptop, and that is why I had the issue, after I disable one of them it worked:D

I have an TX60 and a CS8C and also a license for my SRS.
I am trying to debug my application but everytime I try to debug on Emulator I have the Following error:
Can't run application. Cannot connect to the Emulator Controller[s7.9.4]:tx60
Unable to connect on the controller. Address "127.0.0.1" doesn't answer to the ping command.Any idea why?
