Hi all, so I know this is an old thread but I would like to add r codes that seems the one you all were looking for :
89401 : full image backup (ddi image)
89402 : full image restore
there are "hidden" codes, meaning no menu access to reach them.
the controller will reboot during the process.
I haven't tried with RS232. If I can find a cable I will try in my spare time !

so you are correct it s an old "Blue Oval" controller.
And the command is ZAETHER in my case (thanks to my friend at Kawasaki North America).
It s a restriction that allows comm for 30min only.

Good morning everybody,
I have an old ZX200S-A001 with a C32 controller and I'm trying to load a program from my laptop.
I have set the Host IP in the robot and I can connect to the robot with either soft.
If I send the SAVE command, I am getting the backup of the robot.
But the LOAD command does not do anything. I don't know what is going on.
