Hi there...I have a question about a problem I've encountered when I generate the code and then trying to download a program into the robot.

The messages are these:

09:33:21 Il tool "Fdt" ha rilevato un problema all'apertura del progetto attuale!
09:33:28 R1: XmlGeneration.NoConfigFilesAvailable
09:33:30 Errore sconosciuto nella creazione della configurazione dei dati macchina.

In english shuld be correct this form:

The "Fdt" tool has detected a problem when opening the current project!
R1: XmlGeneration.NoConfigFilesAvailable
Unknown error in creating the machine data configuration.

Now these are my spec. :

PC:
Windows 10, Processor: I7-6500 CPU 2.50 Ghz,RAM 8 GB.

Workvisual: KUKA.WorkVisual 4.0;WorkVisual_V4.0.26_Build0312

KUKA ROBOT: KRC4 V8.3.33

I have problem to download only in this way. When i try to download in View-->Programming and diagnosis, it works (cause i do not have to generate none code i think).
Anyone can help me?

ok ok ok...sorry for wasting your time, but I tried to make a nonsense thing (at least for me) and nonsense worked.
I try to explain it if this happens to someone else.

First of all, I have the program in Italian so if the translations are not clear .. I apologize, I'm still available for explanations

In practice, I had programs open(uploaded on workvisual) in "View" -> "Programming and diagnosis" (image below) and for some reason they created errors (I do not know why). I found the folder that contained the data for these open projects (C: \ Users \ Notebook20 \ Documents \ WorkVisual Repositories) and I cut them from there, as if I had deleted them for the program. I tried to reopen the program and now it goes. Thank you Panic mode for your time. I appreciated it, and as we say here, Buona Giornata!

Sorry for the few informations, i'll try to asnwers to whole question.
* still unknown OS (Win95?)---* unknown resources: : Windows 10, Processor: I7-6500 CPU 2.50 Ghz,
RAM 8 GB.
* some program was run (very "specific"...) : workvisual was the only program in run
* unknown configuration (integrated KOP files and order in which they are added):
ExpertTech, GripperSpotTech,KRC4 EthernetIP, UserTech (i don't know the order because the program stop before i can do anything)
* what exactly changed? there was an uninstall... what exactly was uninstalled? :
nothing has changed from my usual use of the program. Just suddently crashed, so i tryed to rerun the program and the issue came up (continuos crashes at run). Then i tryed to unistall and install again workvisual but nothing changed.
* did you try rebooting PC?: i tryed,before and after unistall and install...several times
* did you try removing installed KOPs? : no, i don't know how to do it because i can't open the program properly...if there is a folder where delete them i don't know where is it.

i know this can't help but i want to specify one thing. the program worked well until last week, so i can "exclude" i think the possibility that the pc spec are not compatible.

I already used this version (and older version of workvisual too) for many months on this pc. The installation was complete and successful(i had none messagge of error after installation) , i have the required system and i'm admin. It happened suddently from morning to afternoon after a run of the program.
Is possible that after unistall, something is still in the hard drive and after a new Installation those things make me trouble?

Hi guys. i have a huge problem. When i start the Workvisual 4.0.26, the program show me a message that says:

every time i run the program this happens and it causes an instant crash. I tryed to reinstall the program and restart the pc... nothing works
