you can lock two of the direction on the joystick, and use the joystick to move the robot.

If you are using Pickmaster together with ABB Flexpicker, the programmes are stored in PC, and you get only current project in backup.

You need the option PC interface to do that. And use X6 or X5

It is because you are using a zone, if you use fine it will work.

Why do you want different value ?
ABB also support trigg but it is an option you need to put in the robotcontroller
