My positioners will not move and im getting this error. A reset on the TP will clear it but this does not help with getting the positioner moving again. Any tips on how to disable this LSTOP error or get the positioner moving again?

Anyone know what the error "SSPC-193 IAL detect overload" refers to? I get this when trying to move the positioners and they are not moving.

Trying to open up a workcell from a shared/network drive or usb drive will not open. This is an issue because we have different users, and currently we are downloading the workcell folder the drive onto the local computer, do the work (make/edit programs, etc etc) then upload and overwrite the folder on the shared drive so everyone has the up to date workcell. This is very inefficient and cumbersome since the uploads/downloads are multiple Gb in size. Any work around better solution to all this?

This is how to got to this point.
1.Copied program from cell 1 onto flash drive
2.Opened program LS file in text editor, added UFrame number to use for Group 1 postions
3.Loaded program with UFame updated into cell 2

All we have are fanucs, different controllers. We have over 15 cells. I can change/adjust the user frames in LS file so they can be on the same userframe. I brought in a program from another cell into this one. and you can see the points are far off from where they need to be. What can be done to get them closer. Adjust UFrame, tool frame/uframe offset?

Is it possible to move a program from one workcell to another? We have multiple robots and sometimes we just need flexibility to move a program without shutting the cell down and completely program from scratch a program that is already made on another cell. Can this be done or feasible on Roboguide?

Hmm in on V9 Rev E, win10 16gb ram no issues as of yet.

Can you step through the program?

Im looking to get feedback on how well RoboDK does with welding. Currently using WeldPro. Getting the the accuracy down has been an issue.
-
None that im aware of. Would like to know if there is though.

Im wondering how many of you using WeldPro and creating programs in there and taking them directly to a robot and running the program effectively? I have not been able to dial this in with any of our robots as they all need some sort of touch and the closest Ive come to some of my points is 2mm. Im curious how many of you are using WeldPRo?

What is version M6.3?
I've never seen that before? Does this robot have an F number or an E number?
Im not sure either, This confused me as well. Well either way finally heard back from Fanuc and was told the reason for this error is that Roboguide does not support Version 6.3.

I have V9.10 installed, and all other controller installed all the way back to v5.30.

Anyone?

Im trying to create the cell using a backup file, but this error keeps on coming up. Anyone have any insight to this?

I typically use igs or iges from autodesk inventor.

I have never done any robotic welding and don't know if user frames are typically used for welding. I would guess they are... When setting up material handling cells, I make user frames and touch them up in the real world and this works just fine to get the positions right. Is this something you can do?I use Roboguide extensively but have never used the calibration tool. If I want Roboguide to match the real cell, I serialize the robot form a real world backup and move fixtures around to match the program. It's pretty rare I do this though. Hope this helps...
Yes, we use user frames. I typically use the calibration tool exclusively for no other reason than just what was told to me to use in an email from Fanuc support. I also serialize robot from backup the model up the cradles fixtures, get them placed close and then run the calibration tool, but as in the picture shows that as close as I usually get.
