Hi guys, I have robot Motoman MA1440 arc application with controller DX200, i will do accurate calibration of TCP (now i have offset of instrument (wire) from calibration tool 1-1,5 mm).
I couldn't find in manual in which area of robot zone i must mount calibration tool in order to get exact calibration (in front of robot? which area (robot central zone)? what distance?).
Who receive exact calibration of TCP (0,1...0,4 mm)? Who can give me good advice how do this?

With welding operation (cladding) i must create helix of the extruder screw on the shaft.

Hi everybody , I'm execute calibration TIG weld torch manually, I got a difference in calibration somewhere about 1...1,5 mm.
I would like to got a difference somewhere about 0,1-0,2 mm. In MotoCalv i execute tool calibration according to MotoCalv instruction,
but I did not receive the desired result. After MotoCalv calibration i received the following values: X - +115; Y - +60; Z- 310 ( i am attached manual calibration data and schema of my motocalv calibration)...
Please indicate my mistake -
