Konekotor is good. As i told, I have instal another PC, and PC is working fine.
DC 24V supply is ok, a have measure its output.
I will check connector. Yes, I swap PC. PC is definitly working on other robot. I have cheked fuses, they are OK. DC supplay is OK. I have asked before, could be problem with supply for drives?
Yes, there is power on KRC, fans blow. On drives red and green lamps are blinking constantly. Could be problem in power source for drives?
I have problem with KRC2. There is nothing on screen when controler is on. I have change pendant, hard drive, RAM memory. After that I have changed PC, also changed control board.
Every thing that I have done, no use. Still I have nothing on screen. Power suplays are OK. All fuses are OK. Does anyone have a idea what could be wrong?
Hello everyone. Is it possible to lock touchup position on KUKA KRC2?
In user mode, we can touch up positions. So every can do that. Is there a way to lock it, so we can only in admin or expert mode to touchup positions,.
Yes, alarm is for J2 axis. SRVO 073 happens while robot is working. I do not have any other alarms.
When I do RES_PCA,I clear all errors. After that, when I what to move robot, I can`t. It notice me that robot is not calibrated. When I what to do calibration, it asking me zero mastering
When i do RES_PCA, i can not use robot. It asked me calibration and mastering. I did not have SRVO-075 error. I do not have original master counts. I do master with line up lines on every axis. My problem is that only whey to clear error is to do RES_PCA, then I need to do calibration and mastering.
I am not sure what should I do to avoid this.
Thank you very much. I have a another question. When I do RES_PCA, I need to do zero master and calibrate. So I need to position robot again.
Is there any way to avoid that? Can I avoid that with image backup that youi have mentioned?
I have srvo073 CMAL alarm on fanuc robot, controler R-J2. I performed cold star,but without resaults.
What could be the problem? How I can reset pulse coder?
Answer:
1. X11 connector is OK. Signals are ok, even we change connector for prevention. Even we used dummy plug. We changed fat cables from that connector.
2. When we change T1,T1 mode releys works. But there is no change. Even we use automatic mode,still we dont have permission to work.Program shows in what mode we are.
3.Releys for enable are OK. For precaution we installed another board with releys.
4. /STEU/MADA/$MACHINE.DAT I dont now what is this. Can someone help me? Where to see this ,and on what I sholud take attention?
There is no error, just dont have condition to move a robot. Is there a possibillity that problem is in robot,but there is no error on screen?
Or something with encoders o motors?
When I press deadman switch, on screen is still drivers contactor off.
S is allways green, R is allways red. I dont heare breaks when I press deadmanswitch(enable).
We have problem with KRC 1 robot. We can not move him. It is inmposible to get enable. All releyes are ok.
When we press enable button, there is change on right and left side of screen. But we can`t get enable. S in bottom of screen is allways red. All are signals are OK. Does anyone had this problem?
We have problem on Fanuc robot(RJ2 contorler). Sometimes we have SRVO62 abnormal break . We changed motor but problem is still present. Sometimes i can JOG robot for 2,3 second then error appears. Sometimes everything is OK. NO metter which axis I JOG, error appears. Main question is how i can inspect where problem starts? Is it in controler or in cable of break
I have problem with KRC2.Once he needed matering, i don`t know why. Reason maybe was in bateries. I put a new one.I have done mastering, but positions of roobot were bad. Every postion is displaced by 10-30cm. I have done mastering again, but may problem was the same. What could be the reason of this?
I have problem on KRC 2.
On pendant screen picture has frozen. Operator restarted controler, after that we do not have picture on screen.
I try with another pendant but problem is steel there. Hard disk is OK. I checked all fuses in controler, they are OK.

I have KRC 1 robot, do not know manufacturing year. There is no nameplate on it.
When I am using him on 100% velocity, I have problem on axis A1. Robot stops and give me warning
"Gear torque exceeded axis A1". This going on only on 100% velocity. Could be problem of mechanical nature?
On this axis it is not possible to change oil in it.
Our KUKA bot often request mastering. That happens when he is shut down on main switch or in any other situation
when he is off voltage. Batteries are OK . Can any one tell me what could be problem?
